Our Church

Church tower Welcome to St Peter's Church! We hope that it will provide you with access to a variety of information about our parish church of St Peter, St Albans. We are a Christian community whose aim is to make Jesus Christ known and loved everywhere. As a city centre church we also want to work alongside other groups and organisations in order to improve facilities for everyone who lives in our city.

Sunday Worship

We invite you to worship with us

Sundays - We have four services
8.00 am - Holy Communion (said) - Book of Common Prayer
9.30 am - Holy Communion (sung) - Common Worship with crèche and Junior Church.
Second Sunday - All-age service with orchestra
11.15 am - Choral Mattins - Book of Common Prayer (service of morning prayer led by a choir)
6.30 pm - Choral Evensong - Book of Common Prayer
Weekdays - Morning Prayer in the Lady Chapel 9.00-9.30am
